Tech Support team,I can not tell you how happy I am with your product and the
fact that you took the extra time to stay late to help us get this up and going. We had many new users come to
our chat site and people really do seem to like it alot. They love the fact that it is so customizable. It tends
to make them stay longer and chat. We are a non profit corp. and we are always thinking up new
ways to get people to come to our site. "Chat" was one and your solution has just taken us to the next level
and jump started us on a new crowd coming to our site. I and the Staff of Dalmatian Rescue of Southwest

and support you�ve given me get over the hurdles of setting up my website. Your going over and beyond what most
hosting firms would do for their clients is most worthy of the highest commendation. I cannot forget how you've
spent hours helping me set up my FTP connection, recommending a firewall to help secure my computing system,
registering 4 of my website domains, setting up a CM System to help me better manage my site�the list goes and on
and on� but more importantly, just being available 100% of the time to answer and troubleshoot my computing
woes (and most of the time, it has nothing to do with hosting issues) even when I have the nerve to call on
weekends!
